Overview

In response to California Code of Regulations, Title 14, § 745 - Guide Licenses, below is the Client Notification required by paragraph (d).

RH Guide Service, hereafter referred to as “RH Guide Service”, furnishes the following notice to any person or persons, hereafter referred to as “client” or “clients”, being guided by RH Guide Service to a place where such person intends to take any bird, mammal, fish, amphibian, or reptile. This notice applies to all of our fishing trips, charters, and services, hereafter referred to as a “trip” or “trips” and by client participation in a trip, the client hereby acknowledges that this notice has been provided.

Notice to Clients

Services RH Guide Service Agrees to Perform

RH Guide Service agrees to provide the client an outfitted fishing boat, a fishing guide, all tackle and bait, and fish processing. A fishing trip consists of 6-8 hours of fishing time, or the time it takes to catch legal limits of the desired species of fish, whichever is shorter. RH Guide Service does its best to provide an enjoyable fishing experience, but does not guarantee that fish will be caught on any given day.

Cost of Services

The cost of a trip with RH Guide Service is $1,000 per trip with a limit of up to four anglers.

Client Conduct

Client agrees to the following conduct while on a fishing trip:

  • No drugs of any kind, except for legally prescribed medications, are permitted

  • Beer and wine are the only alcoholic beverages allowed on the boat, and only for those over the age of 21 with a limit of two drinks per angler

  • Persons appearing intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be permitted

  • If an illegal drug is in the possession of any individual(s) or RH Guide Service determines that any individual(s) are unstable due to excessive drinking, the trip will be terminated and forfeiture of all moneys paid

  • Misuse of the boat or equipment is prohibited and is grounds for canceling the fishing trip without refund

  • The fishing trip operates under the authority of RH Guide Service. RH Guide Service has the authority to terminate the fishing trip in the event of unacceptable conduct by the client not covered above.
