Year Round Striped Bass Fishing
The hard fighting striped bass, my favorite fish to target. We us many techniques to target these great game fish including live bait and cut bait, artificial lures, as well as fly fishing to make sure your trip is a successful one. Once you get on a big school of these fish, you’ll know why striped bass are a favorite of many fisherman—the action is incredible!

King Salmon Fishing
Sacramento River and Feather River King Salmon Fishing
The King salmon season starts in mid July on the Feather River and Sacramento River. By the end of August and into September these fish are in prime migration, providing lots of hard fighting action. The King salmon run stays through January.

Sturgeon Fishing
There is sturgeon fishing year round in the Delta and Sacramento River. It is quite a thrill to fight one of these massive fish! These prehistoric monsters are sure to put up a fight that won't be forgotten.

Shad Fishing
May through June, a huge shad run that is wonderfully great for beginning fishermen. Ultra light tackle, including using a fly rod, and a ton of shad. These are pound for pound very hard fighting fish and are a ton of fun on the light tackle. Depending on the time of year, we also do combination trips of striped bass and shad.

Steelhead Fishing
Upper Feather River Steelhead Fishing
The “steelies" or steelhead trout move into the upper Feather River in around September. The run lasts through November and is a great time of year to be on the water and to enjoy hard fighting trout and steelhead!
In January we work the Sacramento River where the season run last through the end of the month.
