About RH Guide Service
Founder Raith Heryford grew up in Northern California following his passion as an avid fishermen. He has been fishing from a very early age and has always found fulfillment in the outdoors. When you love what you do, you don’t work a day in your life, so RH Guide Service was born.
With over 28 years of experience as a fishing guide, you won’t find someone who knows the water better than Raith and RH Guide Service. RH Guide Service offers year-round, fully guided hunting and fishing trips on the Sacramento River and Feather Rivers. We fish for all different species of fish that migrate and live in the rivers including striped bass, King salmon, shad, sturgeon, and steelhead.
RH Guide Service is both US Coast Guard and Department of Fishing and Game licensed to ensure your safety on the water.
Hunting and Fishing is not just about catching and killing; it's about enjoying the outdoors, wildlife education, and enjoying good company. Raith individually tends to each and every one of his clients needs to make sure all have an educational experience and create new friendships.
